There were a few textures that didn't get exported, but for the most part I got what I was looking for, and that is the hope for modding this game. This is what the final product looks like. The Results Once They're all processed (I used sharp for my results) I just throw them into the replacement folder and Viola, the textures show up in-game! I had tried Waifu2x, but I kept getting smoothed out results that made hair especially look like a gradient, which is a far cry from what I was able to get with Upscayl program, which uses Real-ESRGAN as it's model. After clearing out literally thousands of noise images I was able to get about a couple hundred that I put through a program called Upscayl. When dumping textures (for this game at least) There's a ton of random noise textures which I'm unsure of their origin. The main issue is actually finding the right textures. Immediately I thought of Metal Gear Solid 3 and got to work on trying to upscale the textures and load them in-game, and the results I got weren't half bad. Hello!
